An overlooked but important, in our opinion, band in the last decade of the 20th century, THE PERC AND THE HIDDEN GENTLEMAN was formed in 1987 by TOM REDECKER and EMILIO WINSCHETTI. 

 The deep romantic idiosyncracy of TPMTHG slips into journeys that know no limitations through folk, acoustic, synth, kraut, psych, avant, goth...

THE PERC AND THE HIDDEN GENTLEMAN albums released firstly by hamburgian STRANGEWAYS. Some of them reissued by Sireena records which also released recently the compilation "Telegram from Meantime". Other bands related with TPMTHG are THE PERC , THE ELECTRIC FAMILY, TARAS BULBA.
