This post is for Richard, friend of Materiali Sonori releases, who have asked to listen to this 1991 album. Beside his pioneering and famous works with edging kraut bands as KLUSTER, CLUSTER, HARMONIA etc., the edging composer Hans-Joachim Roedelius also has released numerous solo works, most of which are ambient-newage-modern classical orientated... and "PIANO PIANO" is one of them. Simple piano sounds and few electronics are enough, for the composer, to draw slowly (piano piano) melodic, quiet, impressionistic landscapes of sometime great sentimental immediacy.H-J ROEDELIUS Leicht Gemacht
